An eight week group for women wanting to take more control of their life, achieving balance and personal growth. Group meets two hours once a month Fee is $85.00 per month.

Couples Therapy Group

Communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence and FUN, too. Facilitators are seasoned Licensed Marriage & Family Therapists, Jeri Apple, LCSW, LMFT and Scott Bonk, LPC, LMFT. www.aamft.org. Group meets two hours once a month.. Fee is $150 per couple.

Hypnosis for Childbirth

Skills training for couples in self hypnosis for childbirth. A five week two hour session in group. The cost is $300 per couple for five week session. Training also available for couple (caregiver) by individual appointment.

Childbirth is one of the most profound events a woman and couple will experience. Too often, the experience can be fraught with anxiety, as well as fear of pain and loss of controll. Often during childbirth, a woman engages a "fight or flight" response which increases her perception of pain intensity and decreases internal blood flow. Armed with the ability to use self hypnotic techniques women and their partners can effectively enter the childbirth experience with calm and focus.

Jeri Apple is a licensed psychotherapist with an advance certification for Clinical Hypnosis from the American Society for Clinical Hypnosis www.asch.net.
